I like Iron Will because it was based on a true story I'm not sure if this story is entirely true because I could not find that much historical confirmation or background information about the character Will Stone. Still, I'm happy that I watched the movie and got inspired.
It depicted the life of a 17 year old boy who tried to win a dog race to earn $10,000.
Dog race in cold area where snow falls is not an easy task you have to run for a whole day (for may be 10 days) with your dogs and then you get some sleep at night so it's a very challenging journey and it's not for a 17-year-old boy.
The age of the boy is of course a touching matter but more than that his sheer determination made me inspired. His father just died and after that he thought that if he could win the prize money then it would help his mother or his family financially. If possible, in future, I want to write a long article about this movie but for the time being I have to stop here.
